ABOUT MPINS

Before occupying nursing careers in general, one must first know what nursing itself is! The ANA (American Nurses Association) defines nursing as:

“Nursing is the protection, promotion, and optimization of health and abilities, prevention of illness and injury, alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response, and advocacy in the care of individuals, families, communities, and populations.”

Over 2.5 million strong, nurses make up the largest workforce within the clinical healthcare industry, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Nursing careers offer a wide variety of roles and a broad scope of responsibility. There are many different types of nurses, and several different ways to obtain nursing careers.

MPINS & RC a new venture of MPCT group is just a initiative to nurture quality nursing professionals for health care services.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission.

• Transfer Certificate (Original Copy)

• Migration Certificate (Original Copy)

• Eligibility Certificate (From University)

• Qualifying Certificate Copy (Original Copies)

• Five Passport Size Photographs

At the time of admission to the said course, a candidate will have to pay the prescribed fee to get her/himself enrolled for the council of the state and submit all the certificates as required by the university. The academic session of the college will be ordinarily for July / August every year.

The examination shall be conducted by the Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Candidate shall be required to attend at least 75% Theory Lectures and 85% attendance in Practical and Clinical Postings. The procedure of examination will be in the form of terminals, half yearly, pre university followed by university examination. All the four years of university examination.

Admission Details

Eligibility

The selection of the candidates will be made on written test as well as interview by selection committee of Nursing College as per norms laid down by Nursing council of India as well as Jiwaji University, Gwalior, M.P.

• The minimum educational requirement shall be higher secondary (10+2) / Pre-university with 45% of marks.

• The minimum age shall be 17 yrs completed on or before 1st July of year of admission with higher age limit is ordinarily 24 years.

• No candidate shall be admitted to the said course unless she / he has applied to the Principal of MPINS & RC Gwalior on the prescribed form.

• Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test as well as the marks obtained in 10+2.

• The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.

Educational Requirement

10+2 class passed or its equivalent preferably Science (Physics, Chemistry with aggregate - 45% Marks)

Minimum and Maximum

Age for Admission - 17 yrs. - 35 yrs.

Admission of Students - Once in a year

Student should be medically fit.
